Like many photographers, I’ve had a camera almost as long as I can remember. I am the daughter of the late award-winning news photojournalist Jack Cryan, so I guess storytelling is in my blood. But it wasn't until after I had earned a BA in Communications/Broadcasting that I went to The New England School of Photography and eventually started my own business, which has been going strong for TWENTY THREE years! Through CBP, I've been lucky to meet so many wonderful people I otherwise wouldn't have had the pleasure to meet. 

I've earned the designations of Master Photographer, Craftsman and Certified Professional Photographer from Professional Photographers of America, and in 2025 received The Imaging Excellence Award.

I am an active member and Past President of Professional Photographers of MA, and have won numerous awards in state, regional and International Photographic Competition, including The Photographic Excellence Award (AKA "Photographer of the Year") from PPAM in 2018 and 2025.  

What does all that mean to you? It means I continually strive to educate myself about my craft through classes, seminars and annual Photographic Competition so I can better deliver for my clients.
